RETURNS

Are my items eligible for a return?

  • Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to return an item..
  • Sale items are non-refundable.
  • All Kickstarter and Backerkit pre-orders are non-refundable.

Returns Process

  1. Initiate your return by emailing returns@lilytrotters.com. Please include your name, order number and photos of the socks in question.
  2. A Lily Trotters team member will follow-up via email within 24 hours and provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to ship your items intended for return.
  3. Once we receive your returned items, we will inspect the return and notify you, via email, of the status of your refund.
  4. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund with your credit card. You will typically see your refund reflected on your credit card within 48 hours; please note that this varies by card issuer.

Keep In Mind

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items intended for return back to Lily Trotters.
  • Returns must include an RMA number along with a printed copy of the return email confirmation sent from Lily Trotters.
  • If items are not received in the original packaging and condition, a refund will not be issued.

EXCHANGES

Are my items eligible for an exchange?

  • Customers have 60 days from the date of purchase to initiate an exchange.
  • To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be unused and returned with the original packaging.
  • Sale items can be exchanged for sale items of equal or lesser value, when available.
  • Exchanges are subject to inventory availability.
  • If there is an order issue due to an error made by Lily Trotters, your exchange will be addressed quickly at no cost to you.

Exchange Process

  1. Initiate your exchange by emailing exchanges@lilytrotters.com. Please include your name and order number along with the new selection(s) you would like to order in place of the items being exchanged.
  2. A Lily Trotters team member will follow-up via email and provide a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on where to ship your items.
  3. Once we receive your items, we will inspect the goods and notify you, via email, of the status of your exchange. If your exchange is approved, we will process your new order within 24 hours of approval.
  4. Your new Lily Trotters will be shipped at no cost to you!

I think my item might be faulty. What do I do?
Please follow the returns process above and email us at returns@lilytrotters.com. Please include your name, order number and photos of the socks in question, as well as a description of your experience. Our team will then follow up within 24 hours to initiate the return and get a brand new pair out to you ASAP.

When will I receive my refund?
